Service Coordination

Service Coordination helps families develop and implement an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and ensure that services are provided as specified. The Service Coordinator also works with each family to facilitate a smooth transition from the early intervention program to the local school district's committee on preschool special education. Our highly qualified staff hold bachelors or masters-level degrees in human service fields and have direct experience with children with developmental disabilities. We also are able to provide bilingual services to families whose primary language is Spanish. For more information please contact us.
