Summit provides a variety of after school, weekend, and home and community-based services to children with developmental disabilities and their families. Some examples include:

Service Coordination: Our staff work with individual families to link them to programs and services.
Respite: We provide short-term relief to families by providing an experienced child-care worker who organizes and provides structured activities.
Saturday Life Skills Program: This unique program focuses on teaching appropriate self-care and pro-social behaviors through a 10-week program. Click here for flyer.
Home-Skills Program: Parents attend a multi-session course with other families to gain skills to address behavioral challenges and a Home-Skills Coach works with each family in their home to guide and support them as they implement a behavior plan. Click here for flyer.
Residential Habilitation Services: An experienced worker develops and implements a detailed plan to each one or more daily-living skills in each child's home or appropriate community setting.
After School Program: Summit Adventures is an after school program for children with disabilities that provides structured activities and direct instruction to encourage and increase each child's social interaction, physical activity and the acquisition of daily living skills.
