"After dealing with Jessica for almost 3 years, I really didn't think I would learn very much. Boy was I wrong! Because of the skills and techniques of your staff, Jessica has become much more independent. She can brush her teeth, wash her face and hands, dress herself, set and clear the table, take a shower alone and even wash her hair. So much for not learning anything!"
