Summit's Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Amy Jablonski, and Director of Marketing and Business Mark Smith, gave presentations at the recent SOMOS Conference in Puerto Rico. The mission of SOMOS is create opportunities that increase the participation of the Puerto Rican/Hispanic community in the public policy making process and build the capacity of New York's Hispanic communities to work toward the development of laws and policies that address the needs of Hispanics throughout New York State.
