If you are interested in having your child attend the STP, please complete our online application below. In addition to the application, we require that parent and teacher rating scales be completed. Supplemental paperwork such as an IEP, 504 plan, diagnosis, and evaluations can also be submitted as part of the application. Once your application, rating scales, and any supplemental paperwork are received and reviewed to determine your child’s appropriateness for the program, you will be mailed an acceptance packet. The program deposit of $500 is expected upon acceptance to the program to secure your child’s space.

- Erie Community College - North, 6205 Main Street, Williamsville, NY
- Hilbert College, located at 5200 South Park Avenue in Hamburg, NY
We will do our best to accommodate your location preference (Northtowns or Southtowns), however final location decisions are made by the program directors.
Cost: The cost of the program is $2500. Once your child’s application is reviewed and your child is accepted to the program, a $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your child's space with the remainder of $2000 due no later than June 1st. A limited amount of financial aid is available to families who meet established criteria.
The online application takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. Once started, the application needs to be completed in full as there is currently not an option to save and update at a later time. It will be helpful to have contact information for your child’s teacher and pediatrician on hand when you complete the application. The online application allows you the option to upload supplemental paperwork (IEP, diagnosis, evaluation), however this can be mailed, faxed, or emailed if you prefer.
At this time, we have distributed all financial aid available for Summer 2014. We still encourage you to apply as we are pursuing other scholarship opportunities.
